THE CONFERENCE. London, August 15. It is expected that the Government will be challenged in the 'House of Commons on passports. The labor executive issued a report of the meeting, showing that they had confidence in Mr Henderson, and reviewed the entiro situation together with telegrams from Haysman and Branting, saying they still considered it important that the Entente case should be presented. The executive resolved that it was desirable that delegates should attend tho conference at Stockholm in order tn prevent the British Labor Party's viewts being misrepresented and imisundcrstood; the .refusal of passports was regretted, and it was decided to make representations to the 'Government for these. Eight delegates were .p;r int-ed, including Mr Henderson. THE MONEY QUESTION. The lit. Hon. A.
