One Hundred Guineas Donation
EFFICIENCY IN PRODUCTION Yes it is of the utmost importance to the Empre just now. Upon this may (and probably) will) turn the whole outcome of the war. Foreseeing this many months ago, we had the pleasure and the privilege of offering a donation of 100 guineas' worth of Cooper's famous seeds (mostly grown iby us in N.Z.) for use to increase the supplies of fresh vegetables and cool salads of "our boys" in England, 'France and (or) by French peasants to help to resow their torn and bleeding country. A little help is better than a lot of pity. The Hon. the Minister for Defence, Sir James Allen, kindly wrote us under date Ist December, 191G, saying (! I am very grateful indeed to you and shall be only too pleased to accept your generous offer."' Wo deemed it a privilege to be able to help. • The. seeds wore forwarded next week and now thousands of packets of Cooper's Seeds of Success are being sown in France and England. Now to come nearer "home": it is time for us to prepare the ground for tho qpming spring. Dig it up and allow the earth to sweeten. Make up your mind now what you are to sow and that you intend to have orte of the best little .gardens about this year: writ® for our catalogue. Tt will save your money and .improve your own health as well as thait of your family. cm will want the seeds of the strongest germination and the finest quality, so you must be sure to INSIST upon having Cooper's Seeds—"The Steeds of Success." Practically, all the leading merchants and stores in N.Z. stock them. If not stocked in your district write us. —G2
