(To the Editor). I>ere Mr Hediter,—Shu-re an its apologising I am fior worriting yor agin; but can yer toll me wot ias bekum of the clane-ups? Are they all gone lioff to figlit the Germans? My attention was drom ter the fact that at the tay party the other day their presents were kouispikuous Iby their absence. Surely, Mr Hediter, if they wuz so fond l of claning hup they cud ave given the lidies a elpin and on that okashun.
Jvow, there's ter be a garden pairtv next -wake, and lots of things is goin' ter be dun and the lidies want lots of 'elp carryin' seats, washin' and clanin' hup; so will yer plaze send erlong the clane ups? Let's see tliem at the wurrk they luv so much. Mr Hediter, wot about them flies; they 'ave gone. Wliere ? I won't say enytliin' about me own -broken 'opes, me 'backyard, and me shabby drorin' room. Me loryer says I kan't get damages.— Yours ever, LONELY WTDDER-.
