BAN ON EXPORT OF FISH OIL TO NORWAY. It is officially announced that until further notice no more licenses will be issued in the United Kingdom or in .British Possessions overseas for the exportation of— Fish oil, canned fish, starches, or talc (all forms) to Norway; Tialc (all forms), to Sweden; Talc (nil forms), to Denmark: Talc (all forms), hemp, graphite, plumbago, and blacklead. to Holland. Privy Council licenses will similarly not be accepted by the Customs as authority for shipment without special authorization from the War Trade Department. Holders of unexhausted licences should at once communicate with the War Trade Department, stating the reasons for which rthey desire toi receive such special authorization.
