PERSONAL
WANAKA Mr and Mrs B. H. Umbers left on Monday for a tour of the North Island. The Hon. Mrs Airini Vane, a wellknown artist, is at present painting in the Wanaka district.
Mrs W. Ironside has left Wanaka to spend a holiday with Mrs E. Thompson, Karitane.
Miss A. Nicholl has left for Queenstown to spend a holiday with her mother.
Mrs D. K. Drummond has returned from a short stay in Christchurch.
Miss D. Bramley has left Wanaka for a short stay in Dunedin and Ranfurly.
Mrs Napier, of Dunedin, is at present the guest of Mrs W. Scaife.
Mrs A. Brown, of Dunedin, is spending a month’s holiday in Wanaka.
WANAKA Mr and Mrs S. Laing, of Dunedin, have arrived in Wanaka to spend a week at their lakeside cottage.
Mr and Mrs W, Little have left Wanaka to spend a holiday in Gore.
Mr and Mrs Hugh Speight are at present on holiday in Wanaka.
Mr and Mrs Sutherland Boss have arrived in, Wanaka.
