Duck Shooting Season
The first round of the season was definitely in favour of the ducks, with a clear frosty morning and the ducks
flying high. Judging by the number of ducks on the Wanaka lake front sanctuary, there is no scarcity of birds. So far no shooters have returned from Cattle Flat area or Makar ora to give their reports.
