The minutes of the last annual meeting were read and confirmed and the balance sheet was adopted as read. ; The election of officers resulted as follows: —- . , ‘

President, R. Currie; secretary, M. Lawrie; club captain, F. Foote; committee —Misses J. Ruffell, V. Kerr, Mrs A. Walker, Messrs B. Cowie and B. Munro; auditor, Mr G. Stewart. The subscriptions were left the same as last year —subscription £l, and Gd for each playing night.

It was decided to have the opening night on Tuesday, April 20.

To raise funds for the coming season, a mystery parcel was discussed, and contributions were asked from those present. The table tennis table was to be repaired and painted and to be used by members of the Badminton Club only.

The president, Mr Currie, closed the meeting, thanking members for their attendance.
