TRAGIC DEATH OF MISS M. SULLIVAN

Residents were shocked to learn of the untimely death of Miss Margaret Sullivan in the recent tragedy near Mount Cook.

The Rev. Mr and Mrs Sullivan and family lived in Wanaka for a few years when the Rev. Mr Sullivan was minister of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church.

Although young when she left here, Margaret has visited Wanaka several times since, the last occasion being on the holiday which has just ended so tragically. The sympathy of the residents is extended to the Rev. and Mrs Sullivan in the loss of their only daughter.
