Water Question Again Before Council.
“ If there was no watering of gardens, then the water supply at Queenstown would be adequate,” said the Mayor, Dr Anderson, when methods of overcoming the problem were discussed at the council meeting last week. After some discussion, the council decided to make inquiries as to the name of a competent civil engineer who could give advice on the matter.
It was agreed that the problem was a technical one.
