Successful Day The Wingatui trainer-jockey, A. E, Didham, had a very successful day at Riverton on Easter Monday. He won three races with Foxchase, Relampago and Batal all of which he trains and lie also rode the first two himself. Fine Record Cover Drive who was narrowly beaten in the Happy Valley Handicap by Irish King on the first day at Beaumont made amends on the second day by winning the Apprentices’ Handicap. He has now recorded two firsts and a second in his last three starts. Southland Racing Club The acceptances for the Southland Racing Club’s autumn meeting arc due on Tuesday, April 6.
