Tasmanian Farmers At Queenstown
A party of 24 Tasmanian farmers who have been touring New Zealand by bus were at Queenstown last week. The leader of the party, Mr F. de Bomford, secretary of the Potato Marketing Board, Burnie, Tasmania, said that the tour was proving ; to be of great educational value and \fas being enjoyed by all. They were impressed with the hospitality they had received throughout (he country, he said. The party departed for Winton and intended to continue to Invercargill.
