Ladies’ Bowling At Arrowtown

Two ladies’ rinks of bowlers from Wanaka played two rinks from Arrow on Thursday afternoon last. The afternoon was ideal for bowls and the games were enjoyed by everyone. Wanaka were the winners. Afternoon tea was supplied by the Arrow ladies. The teams were as follows: — First rink. Wanaka: Mesdames Studholm (s), Robertson, Richmond and Miss Jopp; Arrowtown; Mesdames Sanders (s), Campbell, Hore and Walker. Second rink.—Wanaka: Mesdames Anderson (s), Perrow, Blanc, and Wilson; Arrowtown; Mesdames Summers (s), Gibb, Given, and Crosbie.
