Post Office Defeats Railway Eleven
Post Office defeated Railway by 132 runs to 101 in a cricket match played at Queenstown last week-end.
The most notable batsman was Christopher who retired after making 41 for Post Office (including three 4’s). Other Po r t Office scorers were: —Taylor 32, Nelson 31. Railway’s best scorers were:—A. Curtis 55 (including three G’s and six 4’s), J. Adams 10.
