The Test
It is not the easy times that put us to the test. Hardship is the spur that goads us on to do our best. It is not the pleasant paths that reach the shining height—hut the tracks up which we have to struggle and to fight. That’s the way Life teaches us the things that we must know. How to live courageously and how to take a blow—how to fall and rise again with fortitude supreme—how to follow doggedly the lone star of a dream. How to suffer with a smile and plod on hopefully. As we live we learn these lessons through adversity. So when prouble comes don’t get embittered or depressed—hut remember it may he your great and final test.
