Jolly Cup Match In'the first round of the Otago Central competitions three rinks from Anowtown played three Bannockburn links on the Bannockburn green, winning two of the three games and gaining eight cup points. Results, Arrowtown names first, are: — E. J. Saunders 30 v. L. Henderson 16; G. P. Ogilvie 2fi v. J. Stewart 19; A. C. Erridge 18 v. J. Parsons 23. In the second match for the Jolly Cup Arrowtown were defeated by Cromwell. Play was fairly even throughout, the Cromwell rink winning with a fivepoint margin. Cromwell team: A. Pearson (skip), R. Laurie, P. Mooney, and J. Webb, 23, v. Arrowtown: A. C. Erridge (skip), G. Ogilvie, E. J. Saunders, and W. B. Gibb, 18.
