A competition for n decorated saucer of (lowers, which was won hy Mrs R. Walker, with Mrs G. Morris second, was a feature of the monthly meet ini; which was held at the residence of Mrs A. McKegg last Thursday afternoon. Mrs W. Alanson presided ov t a very good attendance of inemhers and during the afternoon a collection for Food for Hritain resulted in fa as being raised. (lords were donat'd hy inemhers for a gift hamper for food parcels for Lritain. An A.C.F. hook, “ L scs of Wool on the Farm ” and “ Wool Quilting ’’ proved very interesting. The hostesses' for the afternoon were Mesdames W. McKegg, A. McKegg, G. Morris and A. C. Paterson.
