Ida Lupino plays a new type of role in Warner Bros, latest production, “In Our ’Time,” which brings to the screen one -of the most stirring love stories of the season told against war’s grim background. As a young English girl who marries a Polish nobleman she represents the modern generation, and brings fresh life and air into the stiff aristocratic surroundings to which she is introduced. Paul Henreid plays the aristocratic young husband who is called away to tight, and the story of these two people shows how love gave liiinj courage and confidence to fight traditions and prejudice and overcome the hardships of war-time separation.
