CHURCH JUBILEE
The golden jubilee of St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Queenstown, will be celebrated on the third Sunday in April, 1948. A representative meeting of parishioners was held during the week to discuss suggestions. The. following committee was elected to consider proposals and work out a programme of festivities suitable for the occasion:—Messrs T. Donaldson, - F. J. Gavin. T. L. Harrrahan, L. G. Lynch and 11. D. Walker.
