Former Arrowtown Resident Wins £2OOO

Since Mr G. H. Pittaway first bought a Tattersal’s lottery ticket at Arrowtown 30 years ago and netted a .prize of £4O, he has invested on over 1500 occasions before striking at Dunedin last week another win, which returned him £2OOO. Well known throughout Central Otago as a skin buyer, Mr Pittaway lived at Arrowtown for 40 years. .Recently he lived in the Riversdalc district, near Gore. Since his first win Mr Pittaway’s weekly investment in the consolation resulted only in a monotonous succession of failures.
