Local football enthusiasts who journeyed to Invercargill last Saturday to attend ithe Ranfurly Shield match were:—Messrs A. Snell, L. Oakes, P. Ayson, V, Hansen, L. Murphy, G. Ogilyie, C. Walker, R. Wilcox, E. J. Saunders, K. Saunders and B. Jackways.
Mr and Mrs J. B. Summers and son, Gerald, Mr L. Summers, and Mrs Rea all returned to Arro.wst.own last Friday evening from Kinloeh. Mr and Mrs A. Robertson, Dunedin, are the guests of Mr and Mrs J. F. Mclntyre, Pleasant View.*
