OBITUARY

Mrs E. A. Summers The death occurred on Sunday evening'. in her oflth year, of Mrs Elizabeth Agnes Summers, of Shotover street. Queenstown, after a short illness. Born at Arrowtown, she was the daughter pf the late Samuel and Agnes Jones, and married the late William J. Summers of Queenstown, and was stepmother of George, Jack and Ramsay, of Mr Summers’s previous wife. She leaves the sorrowing family of five sons and one daughter, Mr Samuel and Robert Summers, of Queenstown, Mr William J. Summers, of Omakau, Mr J. O. Summers, of Balclutha, Mr Lawson Summers, of Arrowtown, and Miss Betty Summers, of Queenstown. The interment took place at the Queenstown Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon, and the casket was borne to the graveside by her sons and brother. The Rev. P. C. Williams performed the last rites.
