The North Auckland Farmers' Co-op, hold an important clearing sale on Monday next on account of Mr A. Hammond, who is leaving Helensville. The list comprises pedigree stock, furniture and other household effects, etc. The piano advertised is an exceptionally fine instrument, the value of this particular make being about £140.
