EASY TERMS OF PURCHASE. Two Shillings per Share on Application Two Shillings per Share on Allotment and the. balance in instalments of not more than Two Shilling per Share at intervals of not less than three months. The Minimum oubscrip^tion upon which the Directors may proceed to allotment is 2500 Ordinary Shares. The Articles of Association provide that:— The shares shall be under the control of the Directors who may allot or otherwise dispose of the shares whether original or new to such persons on such terms and conditions in accordance with these Articles and at such times as the Directors think fit provided that no person shall be permitted to hold fewer than ten ordinary shares nor more than two hundred ordinary shares. (2) In payment of interest at the rate of six pounds per centum per annum on. each complete ten pounds of share capital paid to the Company in respect of ordinary shares of the Company, such interest shall be computed on each complete ten pounds of share capital paid from the first day of the Company's financial year following the date of payment of each complete ten pounds of share capital.
