HELENSVILLE A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
The Executive Committee met on Tuesday evening last at the Farmers' Union board room. The annual balance sheet was presented, showing a.debit balance on the Show account of £51. This was partlyaccounted for by the fewer entries in various classes where the entry fees were small, and in comparison the prize money. The statement also showed that members' fees outstanding were £70. It was suggested that the list be published. The annual meeting was arranged for August 25th at the Agricultural Hall at 7.30 p.m. All members are requested to attend.
