LAND BOARD ELECTION.
NORTH AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
MR V. TROUNSON RETURNED,
The poll for the election of a Grown tenants representative on the North Auckland Land Board, which closed on Monday, resulted in the return of Mr V. Trounson, of Marapui, Northern Wairoa, by a substantial majority. The other candidates were Mr Jamei . ■ Brake, of Cheddar Hills, Pakotai, and ' Mr Henry Lane, of Opua, Bay of ' Islands.
