MONEY IN IT!
The people who invested in house-property a very few years ago, in Auckland, and have stuck to it, must b© shaking hands with themselves to-day. A man I know who purchased a house and allotment of less than half-an-acre, at Eetnuera, seven years ago, for £600, has just sold the property £1040, For seven years he has lived in that house rent free, and ho has made £440 on his bargain ! —and he tells me he is soiry now that he has sold. Thinks he might have done better !
