' MINUTES Minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDENCE ; • Outward correspondence was dealt with and approved. LEGAL THREAT ' Proposed by Cr. Aitkenhead, seconded by the Chairman—That Mr Herbert be informed that legal pi oceedings will be taken to enforce payment under terms^ of sale of lease of paddock and hay crop, unless settlement is i made within one month.-^" Carried. ■ •■•■* IMPROVEMENTS . " ■ On the motion of Cr Aitkenhead, seconded by Cr. West, it was resolved—That the next new work to be undertaken <be the completion of the drive and erecti on of gates, also the equipment of swimming bath. It was also resolved, on the motion of Cr Aitkenhead, seconded by Cr. Thompson—That the furnishing of the room in the old bath building for the purpose of a rest room be completed. The question of visitors being refused admission to the baths at* 8.35 on the 29th ult., was left in the hands of the Chairman. ACCOUNTS Accounts amounting to £25 4s 9d were passed for payment. *
