RED CROSS EFFORT

Miss Robinson, of Woodhill, is in receipt of the following letter from Mr A. R. Elder, As. Hon. Treas., Red Cross Society :—" I have to acknowledge with thanks the receipt from you of the sum of £8 8s 6d, representing part of the proceeds of a supper cloth, this amount to be allocated to the respective Queens in your district as under—Woodhill, £5 16s ; Te Pua, 11s ; Helensville, £2 Is 6d.
