RESOLUTIONS CARRIED.
AT the special meeting of the Helensville Town Board, held on Monday evening last, the following was duly confirmed— That the Helensville Board resolved by way of Special Order to raise a loan of £1400, for the purpose of paying off tin liability already incurred by the Board to the Waiteniita County, in connection with the erection of tlvj lielensvill-j-Parakai Bridge. A further resolution was also confirmed adopting a By-law prescribing a scale for the licensing of all motor vehicles.
