The Helensville Domain Board has a thanks notice elsewhere.

Two active boys are wanted. Good wages offered.

A meeting of the Helensville Acclimatization Society will be held in the Town Board Office on Thursday, September 27th, at 7.30 p.m.

Now is the time to get your name on the Helensville Town District Supplementary Roll, if you are not already enrolled. Closes September 27.

Every little helps, so patronise the Helensville Women's Patriotic League Stall outside the Star Theatre to-morrow (Friday) night; the proceeds from which go to a Memorial Fund for " our boys." There is on exhibition in Mr F. Tucker's shop window an enlarged photo (in a suitable frame of N.Z. wood) of Sergt. Malcolm McKinnon, who was killed on August Ist while fighting in France. Sergt.
