Helensville, July 12, 1917.

. PRESENT Corns. Lambert (Chairman), H. Graham, H. Aitkenhead, E. T. Field, H. Thompson, A. Becroft, Jas. Stewart, and the Secretary. MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDENCE. The correspondence was read and dealt with. HOLIDAYS. It was resolved not to grant a request for holidays until certain work had been done in the Domain grounds. THE BATHS, Mr Thompson called the attention of the Board members to the letter which recently appeared in the ECHO signed by a,visitor and asked if anything had been done in the matter. Members expressed the opinion that some investigations should be made*, and it was resolved that the Springs Committee make a visit of inspection to the baths and grounds and report at the next meeting.
