Helensville, June 14, 1917.

PRESENT Corns. Lambert (Chairman), H. Graham, H. Aitkenhead, E. T. Field, H. Thompson, and the Secretary. MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDENCE. The correspondence was read and dealt with. DRAINAGE The Chairman proposed and Com. Field seconded —That the Health Inspector be written to asking him how many houses may connect with the Domain drainage, and stating that there are at present three boarding houses and one private dwelling desirous of so doing. LEAVE GRANTED Mrs Stokes was granted two weeks holiday, and Mrs Cormack was appointed to take up the duties during her absence. FENCING Com. Aitkenhead was requested to make inquiries re certain fencing, and report to next meeting. VOTE OF THANKS It was decided to write thanking Mr Gerald Jackson for his work in connection with the bowling green. FINANCE Accounts passed for payment, £182/14/11.
