THE STAR THEATRE.
The management of the Star Theatre have secured the sole rights for the screening in Helensville of the famous " Metro" and other features controlled by the Co-operative Film Exchange, the pictures which have built up the successful business of the popular Princess Theatre of Auckland. On Saturday they are showing "The Yellow Streak," one of the best Metros yet produced. It tells an intensely exciting story, wherein outlaws, cowboys and brigands appear in a round of thrill - ing moments. The last episode of the " Broken Coin" will also be screened, and the first episqde of " The Adventures of Terence Q'Rourke, v which should prove the most popular photo-play serial ever shqwn here. Charlie Chaplin is again to give the comedy-loving picture patrons a treat. He will appear in th.c Gh,as. Chap. I^evue 11 Ambition," at tb,e Star Theatre next Wednesday night? Th.is is. a hundred volt sure-ten-laughs-a-seoond comedy, packed full with merry mirthful moments that will make your sides ache for days after you have seen the quaint antics of the inimitable Charlie.
