WEDDING BELLS A quiet wedding took place on January 17th, at the residence of the bride's parents, when Miss Dulcie Brott, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs A. Brott, was united in holy matrimony to' Mr Roy Soar, eldest son of Mr J. Soar. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Boyle, of Warkworth. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a very pretty white dress, arid-carried a lovely bouquet. She was attended by Miss Rene Soar (sister of the bridegroom), who was attired in a dainty embroidered white dress,- aßd>^^ also carried a bouquet of floweradpll Mr H. Andrews (cousin of JppST bridegroom) acted as best msrn. -'-^ After the wedding breakfast, the happy couple left to catch the "i> express, en route for Waihi, where the honeymoon was spent. - The presents were numerous and useful. REMOVAL OF SCHOOL The Board of Education have moved the school to a site ad" y joining the station, which is a great convenience, as the children coming down by train had to walk about half-a-mile through private property.
