Saturday, 23rd December—The Office re-opens from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., for th© delivery of letters only.
Monday, 25th December, (Christmas Day)—is observed as~ a close holiday. Mails for Auckland and down line close at 6.30 a.m. Mails for Dargaville . and up the River close at 6.30 a.m.
Tuesday, 26th December (Boxing Day) —The office opens from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., for business in all branches excepting Money Order and Savings Bank. The Telephone Exchange will be closed. Mails for Auckland and down line, and also Otamatea close at 6.30 a. m.
