We strongly dedicate the series of articles on the utility of concrete for roads, bridges, culverts, footpaths, and floors' for dairy farmers' milking sheds and creameries, to one and ail, especially our city fathers, who are in a position to, loqk after the welfare of the ratepayer's annual contributions towards the upkeep of" our streets, roads, and footpaths.
