THE NORWOODS

CONCERNING Professor Norwood's entertainment, which is showing at the Star Theatre on Thursday, November 9, an Auckland contemporary says : —" The skill Professor Norwood showed as a hypnotist at His Majesty's last night was indeed marvellous. Of an excellent stage presence,, and a refined manner in addressing both subjects and audience, Professor Norwood quickly establishes himself a favourite. His chief object ia to create laughter—a very laudable object in these days, when our thoughts are constantly on the war. The entertainment was refined in character, and was one long laugh, interspersed with an interesting dissertation by the Professor on the subject of hypnotism."
