BELGIAN EGG FUND.
A VERY successful canvass of the Te Pua, Parakai, and Parkhurst districts was made for Belgian eggs, 186 dozen and £3 8s 6d in cash being collected. Of these 16 dozen were collected by the Parkhurst school children, 33 dozen by Te Pua school children, and the remainder by the Parakai Branch of the A.W.P.L. Every house was visited, and money solicited where Jfowls were not kept. The following is"the result: — Mr J.
