Shortly after arrival the " Kilties " set off for some place of amusement. arid soon discovered that the Pictures were in full swing. After witnessing all that could he seen at the the men marched to -their camp on Mr Elliott's paddock. On Sunday morning, to the skirl of the pipes and the tattooing of the drums, a march out to the Hot Springs was uodert-aken,. where all enjoyed themselves to their heart's content. On Monday (Labour Day) a rifle meeting took place in which the local Defence Olub and the visitors bad a shooting match. A full report of thei proceedings will appear in our next issue."
