EVERYWHERE,

THE second anniversary of the declaration of war by Great Britain will be celebrated throughout the Empire .tomorrow (Friday, August 4) by public meetings to reaffirm the resolution of determination to win the war, which was recorded in every part of the Empire a year ago. At the request of the Imperial Government, the Prime Minister has invited the Mayors of every city and borough to arrange for meetings to be held.
