SEWERAGE AND WATER SERVICE.
TO THE EDITOR,
SIR, —In your last issue a gentleman writing under the signature of " Ratepayer " complains that the Helensville Town Board make " fish of one and flesh of another " with reference to sewerage and drainage. The Board is endeavouring to do its duty by one and all of the ratepayers and residents, and is always happy to receive any information that will help it to hold the scales of Justice fairly. If " Ratepayer" has any real ground for his question and will give the facts of the case, tha Board will be happy to at once rectify or explain.—l am, etc., E. Thurlow. Field.
