TOWN BAND CONCERT.
THE Helensville Town Brass Band wil hold its initial concert on Thursday, 29th1 June, and are fortunate in having been able to obtain the services of Mrs Burgess,, a well-known Auckland soprano, who made such a favourable impression at a concert given some months ago for the Helensville Church of England Vicarage Fund. The Band has been practising assiduously twice weekly and should give a good account of itself. The concert will be followed by a dance, and it behoves all citizens of Helensville. to roll up and support this local organisation. . Further particulars next week.
