DOMAIN BOARD.
HELENSVILLE, May 23rd., 1916
PRESENT Comrs. E. T. Field (chairman), | A. Becroft, T. Elliott, J. F. Lamberi, G. Sellars, and the secretary (Mr H. W. Stringer). MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDENCE Outward correspondence was approved. GENERAL. It was decided that the members of the Board visit the Springs to see what trees should be trimmed, and what other matters wanted attending to.
On the motion of the Chairman, seconded by Com. Becroft, the Secretary was instructed to write to the Crown Lands Board, applying for right to acquire the piece of land adjoining Springs.
The Secretary was instructed to write to Mr Woolsey Allen, asking him to erect gates at end of paths opposite.Hinemoa House as promised,
FINANCE Debit balance at Bank, £278 15s 7d.
Accounts passed for payment £82 8s 4d.
