EUCHRE PARTY AND DANCE

A MOST enjoyable euchre party and dance, promoted by the Church of England Ladies' Guild, was held in' the Star Theatre on Monday evening last, fiome thirty couples sat down to the card tables, and the games were all keenly contested. A dainty supper, provided by "the ladies of the Guild, was handed round and greatly appreciated, after which dancing was indulged in, orre and all voting the evening a most enjoyable one.
