The Secretary was instructed •to write to the Engineer ( for the report of his survey, and the members decided to visit the Springs at an early date to inspect, and see what is required to be done, It was unanimously decided to make strong representations to the Government as to the opposition being carried on against the Springs, and to advise the Government to take over the property under the Public Works Act. FINANCE Dr. balance at Bank, £243/6/9. Accounts passed for payment, £17/1/3.
