NURSE CAVELL'S BETRAYER
WILL THE BELGIANS PAY?
A Paris cable says the City of Brussels has been fined half-a-million francs (£20,000), as the result of the assassination of Nurse Cavell's betrajer. The Germans attempt to justify the fine because they say the crime was committed with a revolver, whereas all arms should have been deposited at the Town Hall.
