AWAROA BOWLING CLUB'

ROOSTERS' COMPETITION

The holders, Messrs Cuthbert, and Lambert, were defeated byMessrs Coutts and Hafford, on Saturday last, by 24 to 12. The new holders will be required to defend their title next Saturday afternoon. The challengers' names will not be available until Friday evening.

CHAMPIONSHIP SINGLES AND ' HANDICAP SINGLES Entries for each of these events close with the Secretary on ' Tuesday next, 14th inst. It is to be hoped that as many members as can will compete.
