Messrs A. Buckla.nd and Sons' report:— —At Kumeu — Some 140 head were yarded on the 9th at Kumeu, arid were all sold. Springers made from £8 to £10 ; smaller, £5 to £7; beef sold up to £10; smaller £8 to £9 10s ; 2-year-old steers, £812s 6d; 1-year-old, £4 ; bulls, to £10. —At Helensville— On the 17th inst., the yards were well filled, the advertised number (350 bead cattle and 240 sheep being yarded. Springers made from £6 to £12. . Steers made £14 12s 6d ; smaller £12 12s 6d" Cow beef, £3 to £10 10s ; store steers, 2-years, £8 7s 6d to £9 17s 6d ; 1-year-old £.4 to £4 10s. Two-yeaT-old heifers, £5; 18-months £3 10s to £4 7s 6d. . ' Calves made from £1 10s to £2 10s, all being sold. A nice line of store cows with calves made £8 7s 6d (Mr J. Peacock). Seven horses were offered, all bein°soln. Sheep realised 16s to £1 4s 9d, and were all sold.
