Bulgarian Attacks—Germans checked on Danube—Russians to invade Bulgaria — Austrian Reverse in Qalicia
The Bulgarian attack on Servia has now taken definite form. The Servians are making a determined and partially successful defence of their northern frontier. They threw the enemy back across the Danube on a ten-miles front south-east of Belgrade, and repulsed all German attacks on the Drina and Save fronts.
The Russians have had another important success near Trembovla, in Galicia, where they have been constantly on the aggressive.
The French Premier states that Russia is about to throw troops against Bulgaria.
