Allies in Servia — Orderly Transit Through Greece—German Invasion from North — Value of French

Allied troops are still landing at Salonika, in Greece, and are leading for Servia. The whole operation -, is merely an orderly trajisit through Greece. The new Greek Cabinet contains three ex-Premiers. Most of its members are known, to favour the allies.

The capture of the village of Tahure by the French, reported yesterday, is described as an important development. It enables them to threaten, if not dominate, the only lateral railway the Germans have in this district.

The Italians have made an important advance towards Rovereto, an important town in the Tyrol, 13 miles south-west of Trent. They are ready to commence the bombardment of the last defences barring the way to the town.
